Financial Information

Our office is happy to help you utilize and maximize your insurance benefits. Once we have received your insurance information, as a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim for you, on your behalf. However, insurance policies vary greatly and we can only estimate coverage. As it is an estimate, we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Payment of dental services are expected and required at the time of service. This will include insurance deductibles, co-payments, or fees not covered by an insurance carrier. If you have any questions, our staff is available to answer them.

We will present a treatment plan, including a breakdown of all applicable fees and will do our best to inform you of all costs before you decide to proceed with treatment. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, while giving your child the best possible dental care. We accept cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, and care credit.

If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you could fill out the patient paperwork provided for your child prior to your appointment by either completing the patient forms online or by contacting our office. We can then verify your eligibility and benefits ahead of time for you.  We accept most PPO dental plans.  Please contact our office regarding your particular insurance plan and we’d be happy to answer any questions you might have.
